April is National Stress Awareness Month – a time to not only recognize the effect stress can have on your wellbeing but to review your current coping skills and add some new ones.
Stress can be debilitating, and it can cause and/or aggravate health problems. And since stress is a normal part of human existence it’s important to arm yourself with knowledge so you can recognize it.
The American Institute of Stress provides information on the signs and symptoms of stress as well as its effect on health.
