Online registration is open. Those that register gain access to:

• CME sessions that include cutting-edge tactics, current issues, and completing case studies
• Over 20* AAPA Category 1 CME credits are available
• Activities each evening include a cash bar and appetizers on Thursday's Networking Reception, Friday's Student Challenge Bowl
• 2-day Exhibit Hall featuring innovative companies
• Product Theater presentations every day for 30 minutes with complimentary breakfast and lunch
• Annual Meeting of Members (members only)

*Bonus: For a limited time after the event, full conference registrants will receive access to extra pre-recorded CME presentations for a short time (topics are different than those at the in-person conference). The live CME sessions will not be recorded.

Single-Day Conference Rates

Available for Thursday or Friday (only one day may be selected during registration).

Optional Add-on Workshop Rates

Attend one or both workshops (accreditation pending). These workshops are optional to attend and some require an additional fee. Space is limited.

Please note that you must be a conference registrant to participate in a workshop. 

Conference Policies

Attendee Health and Safety Policy

MAPA requires either proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the start of the event. 
People are considered fully vaccinated:

• 2 weeks after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
  
• 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine. 

For those not vaccinated, proof of a negative RT-PCR test or Rapid Antigen test* within 72 hours of your conference check-in is required. *At-home self-administered rapid antigen tests will not be accepted. Only rapid antigen test results provided by a third party will be accepted.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

In the event of a cancellation, notice must be received by email two (2) weeks before the event (before Friday, February 17, 2023) to receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made after that date will be ineligible for a refund. The notice must be emailed to info@minnesotapa.org. Registrant substitutions are allowable if notice is received by email two (2) weeks before the event (before Friday, February 17, 2023). No-shows will not receive a refund. 

Consent to Use of Photos

Registration and attendance at the event constitute an agreement for MAPA's use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes.
