Supervisory MD compensation 0 A. Seliga Hello,   I am posting to this forum in hopes of obtaining some information from fellow PAs in multiple disciplines.  I am a newer graduate working in Family Practice.  I am wondering what other PAs experience is regarding compensation for supervising MDs?  I have reached out to many of the other PAs in my company and have received a large variance of answers, from 20% of production/RVU value, a flat yearly fee, or nothing.  Thank you for your time and I look forward to your responses.   Andrew

NCCPA Rectification Exam Proposal 9 Missy Machkhashvili As we are educated in the medical model, why not follow the physician model for recertification? (like ABIM) PAs practice evidence-based medicine, why not have an evidence-based CME/recert model? I am looking forward to the forum to learn how the new model fits into current practice paradigms.
