Hello,

I am posting to this forum in hopes of obtaining some information from fellow PAs in multiple disciplines. I am a newer graduate working in Family Practice. I am wondering what other PAs experience is regarding compensation for supervising MDs? I have reached out to many of the other PAs in my company and have received a large variance of answers, from 20% of production/RVU value, a flat yearly fee, or nothing. Thank you for your time and I look forward to your responses.
